San Francisco‐based Pacific Eagle and local entitlement partner SKS Partners are proposing a 36-story mixed-use residential and hotel property at 555 Howard, designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop (RPBW), in collaboration with Mark Cavagnero Associates.
