Nissan relocated their North American corporate facility from California to Tennessee in an effort to create further synergies with existing manufacturing, financing and engineering operations throughout the Americas. Nissan’s management desired an efficient, flexible facility with the goal of creating a work space that would put the employee first and establish a unified sense of corporate culture and values.
