The urban development project Bleyck Park is located on the corner of August Cuppensstraat and Blijkstraat. The old swimming pool site has now been transformed into a modern and sustainable residential complex. The facade is striking: built entirely from light grey stone. The areal is located in the center of the Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City, bordered by canals on three sides. The design comprises two office clusters to the west and east of the plot, with an inner courtyard with a sunken garden extending between them. Stepped building volumes form tall cornerstones at the northwestern and southeastern edges of the site. At the intersection of both volumes lies the visitor center with its iconic curved roof in the north. >>>
