Built in 1963, Le Schuylkill Tower was the first high rise building constructed in Monaco. Invited by the owner to undertake a feasibility study on the tower, Zaha Hadid Architects evaluated the development potential as well as the extent of works required to renovate the existing building. Deli is one of the largest producers of stationery in China. A new corporate headquarters with a gross floor area of 62,500 square meters is being designed for a plot in Genbei New Area to the west of Hangzhou’s city center. The design consists of an ensemble consisting of five 50-meter-tall volumes that are grouped together in symmetrical constellations of two and three. A plinth connects two elongated wings to the north, whereas a podium connects three more compact highrises toward the highway to the south.
