The project is conceived as a system of trays that concentrate its central part on housing and at its perimeter a series of terraces, opening the building and housing towards the district of San Isidro, the city of Lima, and the Pacific Ocean.

The first strategy is based on the idea of fully optimizing the volume permitted by current regulations of stacking housing, adjusting sloping profile allows to develop a project with 77 housing units, three more than what is required. >>>
