MiMA, which stands for Middle of Manhattan, was designed by the Miami based architecture firm of Arquitectonica.
The building is located at 450 West 42nd Street in New York City, in the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood.
MiMA is a mixed-use building as it has 43 floors of luxury rentals, 12 floors condominiums, and a Yotel Hotel. The condominiums are found on floors 51 to 63, while the rentals are on floors 7 to 50.
