A £23m mixed-used development on the corner of Lavington Street and Great Suffolk Street in Southwark, London, has just started construction. Designed by Allies and Morrison for the UNITE Group, the UK’s leading developer and manager of student accommodation, the 14,021 sq m (gross external area) scheme provides accommodation for 230 students studying in the area, as well as 4,056 sq m of office and retail space.
