A new 26-storey building is a dynamic addition to Los Angeles’ skyline, 717 Olympic by RTKL serves as an anchor to the highly-anticipated LA Live sports and entertainment district by filling a niche for upscale housing in the city center. At street level the building is wrapped with 7,500 sq ft of retail and commercial space. The tower achieves a sense of layering and texture by articulating deep setbacks and shadow lines.
