La Defense' new kid on the block
Christian de Portzamparc commenced the design for this 180m tall office block in 2001. Designed for Groupe Société Générale it now accompanies the Société Générale twin towers to provide extra breathing space for the expanding offices.
Forming the head of this triangle of towers the Granite Tower (Tour Granite) covers 70,000 sq m and forms a prismatic shape to make best use of the footprint space.
